Project Goal

Design Thinking Approach

The PIM system enables users to easily upload, edit, validate, and distribute product data while maintaining compliance with industry standards. The design prioritizes clarity, speed, and flexibility to support diverse user roles and complex workflows within the company’s ecosystem.

Adopting agile methodology, we collaborated closely with the company’s stakeholders and merchandising experts to gather requirements and iterate rapidly. We focused on balancing data density with usability by implementing clean, modular layouts, interactive data tables, and powerful search and filtering capabilities. Real-time validation and visual feedback mechanisms guide users to maintain high data integrity.
